Dr. Jason Brady, DMD (Dentist Anesthesiologist) started his career as a civil engineer, designing subdivisions and site plans for commercial buildings. He completed his undergraduate dental degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2010. During dental school, he created and implemented an electronic materials request form, quality assurance program and database, and programs to track correspondence between clinical disciplines. He has recently completed a 26-month hospital and private practice based residency in anesthesia at the University of California Los Angeles in 2012. He has developed an electronic pre-anesthesia evaluation, super bill, consent and health insurance claim form that are being utilized at the University of California Los Angeles. He is a member of the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists and a diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He practices dental anesthesia in Arizona and southern California.
