Dr. Chad Stoker
Dr. Chad Stoker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He received his dental degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Following dental school, Dr. Stoker completed his residency in Dental Anesthesiology at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and has been practicing anesthesiology in Arizona since 2000. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Stoker is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and is a past president of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
